Position : Business AnalystLocation : North York, ON - 4 days per week on-siteJob Type : 4-month contract to start, with a potential for extensionOur retail client is seeking a Business Analyst who will support with forecasting and replenishment strategies by advising and assisting forecast and replenishment analysts. This role involves maintaining policies within the SAP auto-replenishment system and acting as a Subject Matter Expert in supply chain principles and SAP functionality. The analyst will also be responsible for delivering complex analytics to support broader business objectives.Key Responsibilities : - Provide daily support and guidance to department-level analysts in resolving issues.- Offer SAP expertise and user support to the inventory planning and replenishment (IPR) team.- Act as a lead analyst and go-to resource for forecasting and replenishment processes.- Establish and maintain replenishment policies to support inventory and service level goals.- Oversee forecasting and replenishment processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.- Perform in-depth data analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on supply chain best practices.- Assist in implementing process improvements and best practices across the team.- Maintain forecasting and replenishment systems and ensure data accuracy.- Identify and drive process improvements across forecasting and replenishment operations.Qualifications and Experience : - Minimum 3 years of analytical experience, preferably in a retail or supply chain environment, focusing on inventory management, forecasting, demand planning, or replenishment.- University or college degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (preferred).- Strong working knowledge of SAP (retail or manufacturing modules required).- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus.- Project management experience considered an asset.- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making.- Experience with sales and inventory analysis, including metrics such as turns, sales performance, and gross margin.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable collaborating across departments.- Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen and a proactive, results-driven approach.Please send your resume in Word format to Arriane Liangcungco at arriane.liangcungco@quantum.ca.REFER AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
