About the role :

We're hiring a Senior Art Director to join our hybrid onsite team in Toronto working with a large financial client! As a Senior Art Director, you will bring your conceptual creative skills to an in-house agency that is looking to create exceptional D2C and B2B experiences for the client and consumers.

What you will be doing :

• Work as a leader on a creative and design team that’s producing a variety of materials for digital, social and print executions
• Direct, review and execute brand initiatives producing beautiful and innovative static and video assets for paid media, .com, mobile & app, banners, social and other assets
• Responsible for the full creative lifecycle from concept to execution
• Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies to both internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends (especially AI) and incorporate fresh ideas into our creative projects
• Ability to articulate and pitch conceptual and directional choices to clients
• Review and ensure all applicable creative aligns with brand’s guidelines and goals – providing consistency and quality in all outputs
