ResponsibilitiesNew Tech Launch: Be a key player in running and optimizing our newly acquired CNC machinery.
Manual Training: Shadow senior machinists to learn the "art" of manual boring and threading for heavy repair.
Production & Repair: Balance high-volume CNC runs with custom manual repairs for oilfield equipment.
Tooling Mastery: Select and maintain tooling for various materials, including carbon and stainless steel.
Safety & QC: Follow strict shop safety protocols and ensure all parts meet 100% accuracy.
QualificationsCNC Experience: Solid experience in a production or job-shop CNC environment.
Growth Motivation: Looking for someone who wants to move beyond basic CNC and master the full scope of machining.
Apprenticeship: Open to Journeypersons or senior-level Apprentices with a strong work ethic.
Reliability: Must have reliable transport and a commitment to the rotating shift schedule.
Team Fit: Must have a positive attitude and a drive to contribute to a high-performing team.
