Position Overview
The incumbent is responsible for providing clerical support to the HSC Security Services department including processing job postings and related paperwork, maintaining position control, registering new hires in orientation sessions, ensuring that the Manager(s) is / are aware of staffing levels, maintaining information and employee profiles in the staff scheduling system, updating the day to day schedule changes in and running staffing reports as requested. Enters reports in the security reporting program. Performs duties in the Access Card office. and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Experience
- Minimum two years previous related experience, preferably in a health care setting.
- Experience with the SAP payroll program preferred.
- Experience with scheduling including long call and short call required.
