Looking for a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you help people plan unforgettable vacations?

Fraserway RV Rentals is hiring a Seasonal Reservations Agent to support our busy rental season. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers from around the world planning their RV travels across Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hospitality, tourism, travel, hotel, retail, or customer service experience who enjoy working with people and thrive in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Quote, prepare, and process RV rental reservations accurately

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, LiveChat, and in person

• Provide guidance on selecting the appropriate RV model for customer needs

• Demonstrate rental vehicles to walk-in customers

• Process payments and maintain accurate booking documentation

• Manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced seasonal environment

• Maintain accurate data entry and customer records

• Deliver exceptional service that supports Fraserway’s brand reputation

What You Bring

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or reservations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented mindset

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle high inquiry volumes during peak season

• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

• French language skills (spoken and written) are strongly preferred due to our international and bilingual customer base

Schedule

• Full-time seasonal position

• Weekend availability required (with scheduled days off during the week)

• Seasonal contract aligned with peak rental operations
