. We are looking for a dynamic and highly organizedcandidate with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will be energetic and adaptable, with a keen willingness to learn new skills. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible in their approach to work. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. - Ensure a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
- Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity
- Opening/Closing and side duties as per the restaurant systems
- Practice approved food handling procedures and ongoing cleanliness
- Providing non-stop team work with your teammates and managers
- Selling the Legends image and promotions to all guests
- Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
- Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
- Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
- Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
You Have:
- Previous serving experience required
- Food Safe Certificate is an asset
- Serving it Right certification required
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and a positive attitude
- Competitive wage: $17.85-20.85/hour, dependent on experience, plus gratuities
