  • Monitor work-in-process, stock levels, and forecasts, maintaining optimal materials and WIP inventory to meet delivery and budget goals
  • Track and analyze KPIs (schedule adherence, on-time delivery, capacity utilization), implementing corrective actions and driving data-based decisions
  • Lead the transition from manual scheduling to ERP / MRP systems, streamlining processes, leveraging technology, and scaling workflows for greater efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement and long-term planning initiatives, including capital projects, capacity optimization, and resource utilization
  • Proactively resolve capacity, supply chain, and scheduling challenges while maintaining customer commitments
  • Contribute to a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment in line with AADG policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct

  • Strong knowledge of scheduling systems, ERP / MRP, inventory management, and capacity planning practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools; familiarity with accounting or financial systems an asset
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership presence with strong decision‑making, project management, and change management skills
  • Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers
  • Compensation : $90,000 to $110,000 plus bonus depending upon experience
