Job description
Experience : 10years
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S / 4HANA for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing S / 4HANA implementation projects and strong functional knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) O2C (Order-to-Cash) and R2R (Record-to-Report) processes. This role requires hands-on project leadership coordination across multiple teams and ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S / 4HANA ensuring project objectives are met.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Oversee functional and technical teams ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Ensure seamless integration of P2P O2C and R2R processes within S / 4HANA.
Conduct regular project status meetings report progress to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
Work closely with SAP consultants system integrators and internal teams for successful system configuration and deployment.
Manage data migration user training and change management to drive adoption.
Ensure compliance with best practices security and regulatory requirements in the implementation.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively ensuring minimal disruptions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
12 years of experience as a Project Manager handling SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects.
Strong functional knowledge of P2P O2C and R2R processes within SAP.
Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP implementations in complex environments.
Strong understanding of SAP best practices data migration and integration methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving analytical and decision-making abilities.
Experience working in an on-site role collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment.
PMP or SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
