The Position
The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a key role on our Inside Sales team. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, collecting, and analyzing data, and creating recommendations for business improvements. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders is also a vital component of this role.
Reporting Relationships : This role reports directly to our Sales Operations Manager and works closely with the Inside Sales Team.
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, we need your love of business systems and passion for creating efficiencies and improvements.
- Operating multiple systems throughout the day – acting as the ‘go to ambassador’ for systems information and customer support, when applicable.
- Routinely multitasking and leveraging multiple types of source documents.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams; act as a liaison between operations functions and Sales Teams to manage expectations & data.
- Maintain and keep current detailed records, reports, and customer data.
