Responsabilités :

Offrir un soutien technique de haute qualité en anglais et en français aux clients à travers le Canada et les États-Unis, soit par courriel et par téléphone sur les pièces et différentes machines (lave-vaiselle, four, réfrigérateur, etc.)
Diagnostiquer les problèmes mécaniques et électriques
Saisir au système informatique les commandes de pièces
Rassembler des informations essentielles pour faciliter la production de bons de travail pour les partenaires de service
Assurer l’expédition rapide de pièces nécessaires et fournir de la documentation au besoin
Trouver des solutions afin de résoudre les situations problématiques

Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality technical support in English and French to customers across Canada and the United States, either by email and by phone on parts and various machines (dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.)

Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems

Enter parts orders into the computer system

Gather essential information to facilitate the production of work orders for service partners

Ensure the rapid shipment of necessary parts and provide documentation as needed

Find solutions to resolve problematic situations

Détenir un diplôme en électromécanique (DEP, DEC)

Avoir 2 années d'expérience en soutien technique de pièces techniques (lave-vaiselle, fourneau, batteur électrique)

Avoir 2 années d'expérience au service à la clientèle

Maîtriser le français et l'anglais (oral et écrit) afin de répondre aux clients provenant du Canada et des États-Unis

Avoir une attitude dynamique

Faire preuve d'autonomie, de fiabilité et d'entregent avec les clients

Habileté en résolution de problèmes, polyvalence

Maitriser la suite office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et connaissance SAP (un atout)

Posséder un sens de l'organisation

Aimer apprendre

Hold a diploma in electromechanics (DEP, DEC)

Have 2 years of experience in technical support for technical parts

Have 2 years of experience in customer service

French and English (oral and written) in order to respond to customers from Canada and the United States

Have a dynamic attitude

Demonstrate autonomy, reliability and interpersonal skills with customers

Problem-solving skills, versatility

Master the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP (an asset)

Have a sense of organization

Love to learn

Work location : Boucherville

Schedule : 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
