Job descriptionManage SAP Business Network supplier integration and Ariba catalog projects, including supplier OCI punchout catalog initiatives. Lead projects and initiatives in Agile environments while supporting other digital platform developments. Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects and solutions. Provide administrator support for Ariba Catalogs and Ariba Network. Monitor interfaces for failed outputs or outages and maintain governance over invoice compliance and tolerance tables. Manage the eCommerce mailbox for supplier, P2P, and end-user queries, including activation / deactivation and system updates. Deliver training, promote system updates, and manage change impacts through regular collaboration forums. Document project details, including work instructions and process visualizations. Proven expertise in SAP MM, with hands-on experience in SAP system implementations for Procurement and Finance. In-depth knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices. Experience with Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and related functional processes. Proficiency in testing processes, defect resolution, and system configurations. Exposure to lean practices and process improvement initiatives, including embedding digital workflows. Strong project management experience, particularly in Agile environments. Excellent communication skills for delivering training, consultation, and stakeholder support. Bilingual in English and French to effectively collaborate with technical teams, architects, and diverse stakeholders. Spanish proficiency is an asset but not required.

- Incorporated Business Rate : $80 to $90 per hour
