Principales responsabilités
-Traiter quotidiennement les demandes des clients internes via un système de tickets (création, modification, suivi)
-Collaborer étroitement avec les chargés de projet, les gestionnaires de produit, la chaîne d'approvisionnement, les planificateurs, le service à la clientèle et le service technique
-Participer activement aux lancements de nouveaux produits : création des configurations VC pour la saisie des cotations et des commandes clients, élaboration des nomenclatures de matériaux (BOM) et coordination inter-départementale
-Assurer la maintenance des modules MM et VC de SAP (création de numéros de pièces, produits finis, produits marketing, etc.)
-Contribuer à la mise à jour et à l'amélioration continue du site Web (corrections, modifications, améliorations)
-Gérer l'affichage des dessins techniques en usine selon les postes de travail et offrir un soutien direct aux employés de production
Exigences et conditions
-Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou formation préuniversitaire, idéalement en informatique, administration ou domaine connexe
-1 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire
-Bilinguisme français-anglais (oral et écrit) — l'anglais est requis pour le soutien aux utilisateurs aux États-Unis
-Expérience avec un système d'information (ERP) ; connaissance de SAP, un atout important
-Connaissance de Salsify et de Smartsheet, des atouts
-Excellente capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités
-Aptitude à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément avec rigueur
-Autonomie, esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités
-Fortes aptitudes en communication et en service aux clients internes
