Job Title : Project Support Analyst - SAP

Contract Duration : 6+ Months

Pay range : C$68.97 - 96.55 / hr

Location : Burlington, ON

Work Type : Hybrid, 3 days onsite

About the Role :

As a Project Support Analyst, you'll play a vital role in driving the implementation of our Business Operations Transformation (BOT) initiative. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth execution of the project, adhering to global governance standards and utilizing tools like SAP S / 4HANA and Ariba.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Governance : Participate in key governance forums, and drive issues, actions, and risks to closure.
• Scope Management : Collaborate with the Central Team and Countries to align scope and manage questions.
• Planning and Reporting : Contribute to Country Master Plans, Risk & Issue Management, and Resource Planning.
• Financial Management : Work with Finance and Resource Managers to track project costs.
• Tool Management : Set up and manage project governance tools like SharePoint and SolMan.
• Commercial Support : Support the commercial team in analyzing System Integrator contracts and statements of work.
• Tactical Planning : Contribute to the creation and maintenance of tactical and operational plans.
• Delivery Management : Facilitate the creation and update of the Delivery Responsible Matrix.
