What You'll Be Doing: Asour Overnight Junior Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our facility's hygiene. You’ll lead a dedicated team to ensure our operations are spotless, safe, and ready for a seamless transition to the morning shift.

• Plan and oversee all sanitation activities, from deep-cleaning production equipment to ensuring the office areas are sparkling

• Support and work alongside your Sanitation Leads and Associates. You’re there to coach, train, and celebrate their wins

• Ensure we stay top-tier with food safety standards (GMPs and SOPs) and lead the charge on any corrective actions when needed

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, stepping in to help with hands-on tasks, resolve issues, or provide on-the-spot training

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing facility sanitation teams

• At least 2 years of experience coaching and developing direct reports, managing performance with a positive, supportive approach

• 1–2 years of experience working cross-functionally with Production, Quality Assurance and HR teams to keep warehouse operations running smoothly

• Deep knowledge of food safety hygiene, including a strong understanding of chemical handling, safety compliance, and sanitation standard operating procedures

What You Can Expect

• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Enjoy a 3-day weekend every single week!

• Annual salary of $50,00-$55,000 based on experience
