General Manager – McDonald’s Sudbury

The job

Here are some of the highlights of what your job will entail :

  • Managing and leading a team of Managers and Crew Members

  • 2+ years of McDonald’s restaurant (or other QSR) operations experience demonstrating an expert knowledge of operations procedures and key restaurant performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to navigate through an ambiguous, ever-changing environment
  • Self-starter who is capable of multi-tasking, leads by example and is accountable
  • You have high expectations and consistently raise the bar for yourself and your team. When confronted with a situation, you can assess and problem-solve with confidence. You put people before profit, knowing that creating a positive culture leads to happier, more engaged staff who will deliver a better experience for your guests.
  • Must have transportation and be willing to work at any of our Sudbury locations
