Salesforce Administration & Configuration

Administer and maintain Salesforce & Force.com applications

Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formulas, validation rules, flows, and installed packages

Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data quality

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

Partner with business teams to understand, document, and analyze processes

Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization

Act as a thought leader on technology & efficiency

Experience in requirement gathering, process documentation, reporting & dashboards

Strong analytical & problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Collaborative, cross‑functional team player

Experience in entertainment or live events is a plus

Very good French and English required (English essential)
