who want to grow quickly within a purpose-driven organization. As a Sales Team Lead, you will guide a
small group of sales agents while maintaining your own client activity — building your leadership
skills, your team, and your career simultaneously. No formal management experience required — just a
drive to bring out the best in yourself and others.
• Lead and support a team of remote insurance sales agents across Canada
• Provide daily coaching, encouragement, and accountability to team members
• Assist in onboarding and training new agents joining the team
• Track team activity, pipeline metrics, and enrollment results via CRM reporting
• Support agents during virtual client presentations and complex situations
• Maintain personal sales activity alongside team leadership responsibilities
• Communicate team updates and performance insights to the Sales Manager
• Build a team culture rooted in positivity, growth, and shared purpose
• Life & Health Insurance License (or commitment to obtain — we support you fully)
• A genuine desire to lead and develop others
• Self-motivated and highly reliable — someone who holds themselves accountable first
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse team
• Comfortable communicating and leading in a fully remote environment
• A growth mindset and willingness to continuously develop as a leader
• Experience in a mentoring, team-lead, or supervisory role (any background considered)
• Background in client-facing, sales, or service-oriented work
• Enthusiasm for personal and professional development
