We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter, Sales / GTM to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top Sales / GTM talent to meet organizational goals. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of Sales / GTM roles, and expertise in recruitment strategies.
What you will do :
- Design and implement the company's sales recruitment strategy in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Partner with our Sales team, Customer Success, Marketing team and leadership to support their growth by finding Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, Presales and more.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels to identify top talent.
- Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, and schedule interviews.
- Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-performing sales professionals.
- Ensure that all candidates will have a Best-in-Class experience with Sidetrade, by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and guidance.
- Advise them on the best hiring strategy and talent pool.
- Always help us to improve by sharing your experience and best practices.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team when they need you and of course they will be there for you!
