Join a vibrant, community-focused retirement home in Pickering as a Sales Manager on a 1-year maternity leave contract, with the potential to earn excellent commission while gaining valuable experience helping seniors and their families find their next home.
About the Role :
As the Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in promoting the community, managing the leasing of suites, and developing relationships with prospective residents and their families. You’ll also act as an ambassador within the surrounding community, connecting with referral sources and participating in outreach initiatives.
What You’ll Do :
- Engage with prospective residents and families through a consultative, relationship-based sales approach
- Conduct tours and provide information on community offerings and lifestyle options
- Manage and follow up on all leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Build and nurture partnerships with local organizations and referral networks
- Coordinate and participate in marketing, community, and outreach events
- Monitor local competition and contribute insights to sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the community’s leadership team to meet and exceed occupancy targets
