The Sales Activator’s main priority is driving excellent trade execution throughout their market, in partnership with the local Distribution Partner.
Key responsibilities include : executing long-term sales drivers in key retail and impulse accounts, securing distribution of RedBull in new accounts across all channels, implementing merchandising standards; tracking and measuring KPI execution, and coordinating with the local distribution partner to ensure flawless execution.
Responsibilities
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with :
- Drive RedBull Perfect Store conditions to win versus competition in the market.
- Execute, with the DP, the opening of new accounts (REACH) to expand the number of rooftops buying directly from RedBull.
- Actively sell additional points of distribution (display) to improve the in-store presence of the RedBull brand.
- Encourage DPs to enroll independent accounts into the Volume Incentive Program (VIP), following up with a routine to ensure program compliance and growth.
- Work with key regional strategic accounts to drive promotional execution and in-store conditions.
- Plan schedules to maximize time in stores with the greatest impact.
- Communicate regularly with DP field personnel to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Initiate plans to drive KPI execution and maintain accountability.
- Lead seasonal trade blitzes to capture peak volume opportunities.
- Leverage data to support selling strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the internal team and with the DP.
- Champion the World of RedBull mentality and mindset.
