Introduction
We are currently hiring a Bilingual Sales Coordinator for our client – a dynamic and customer-focused Canadian medical device company. The right candidate for this role is energetic, detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to the regional sales team, including preparing quotations, responding to tenders, and organizing demonstration materials.
- Assist in office operations, including supply management, shipping / receiving, and administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and develop expertise in the company’s products and services.
- Support sales and customer service activities, including backup coverage when needed.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including translations, ensuring branding consistency.
- Help organize trade shows and sales meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities.
- Represent the company ethically and professionally at all times.
