What will your compensation be?

The starting salary for this position is $21.00 + $1 / hr retention bonus for every regular hour worked.

What will you do in this job?

• Act as the “on the floor” daily leadership for the facilities cleaning team.
• Focus on operational excellence, employee training and development, service standards and consistencies.
• Perform established cleaning duties on a daily basis for all guest and team member areas.
• Keep emergency exits and hallways clear of debris.
• Ensure cleaning checklists are maintained and up to date.
• Maintain garbage collection areas and help facilitate an effective recycling program.
• Coordination of daily and weekly employee schedules and breaks.
• Responsible for inventory and stock-take of equipment and supplies.
• Provide administrative support to the maintenance manager, including supplies ordering and SOP development.
• Ensure all safety practices are properly trained, documented and adhered to including WHMIS and proper equipment use.
• Performing quality assurance checks and coaching staff members as required.
• Maintaining all facilities, grounds and staff common areas to expected standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the receiving and supplies room.
