As ECI's Outside Parts Sales, you will not just be selling products, you will be the go-to expert, the trusted advisor, and the engine behind our growing network of dealers and customers. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
  • Sell aftermarket products with confidence and expertise
  • Generate new business and grow your account base
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies
  • Stay in regular contact with clients and follow up on orders
  • Manage accounts and updates in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and delivery
  • Promote products, features, and current offers
  • Track market trends and share competitive insights
  • Complete required training and support annual inventory
  • Follow all company safety and workplace policies

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in previous sales/service role
  • Excellent communication and a knack for closing deals
  • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • A collaborative team player
