Job description

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our client as an Order Entry Coordinator on a 2-month contract, where you'll play a key role in facilitating smooth order processing and ensuring effective communication across teams.

  • 19-$22 / hour (depending on experience)
  • Process new equipment orders received via email or Salesforce, releasing them to production.
  • Coordinate communication between customer service, production, sales, engineering, and management teams.
  • Update and revise existing orders as required.
  • Address project coordinator queries regarding part numbers, pricing, lead times, back orders, freight costs, discounts, and shipping dates.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations or Senior Leadership team.

  • Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma / degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in order / data entry and business-to-business customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive motions using hands for grasping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
