Job description

You’ll spend the first phase of development learning exactly how our Client’s unique business operates – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, to operations management and everything in between. Then you’ll get to know customers, growing a sales territory of your own by being out in the field engaging customers to provide world class customer service and building customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Phase 1 – Warehouse Logistics – Learn the products we sell, how they get from the vendor to the customer and understand all levels of sales support.
  • Phase 2 – Operations – Get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and much more…
  • Phase 3 – Inside Sales / Project Management – Go from helping customers with various product and service issues to managing large-scale projects.
  • Phase 4 – Outside Sales / Account Management – Learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.
  • Qualifications

    Job Requirements :

  • University or College graduate preferred
  • Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
  • Work well in a team-based environment
  • Desire to provide a strong customer service level
  • Strong work ethic. Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability and desire to learn. If you are resourceful, you will thrive
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal awareness, organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
  • Valid Driver’s license with clean abstract
  • Ability to lift and move 50lbs
