The following certifications would be an asset (but not mandatory) :

  • A Certification with the ability to work on PC computers
  • Current and applicable Apple Certification (ACMT ACiT) familiarity with Apple Service Metrics (PSP CSAT ACSE) and proven user experience in MacOs Operating Systems
