A 3PL company specializing in logistics is looking for a warehouse quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) manager. This world-renowned company is setting up in Ontario in the Ajax area and is looking to build the best team. With corporate values such as solidarity, entrepreneurship, high standards and operational excellence, we're looking for a Maintenance Operator who embraces these core values.
As a warehouse quality, health, safety and environment manager, you play a critical role for ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment through leadership, expertise, and innovation.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative QHSE Manager to lead safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement at a high-volume distribution site. This leadership role partners closely with site operations to execute health and safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a culture of safety excellence.
3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
The person appointed for this role must have at least 8 years' experience in the field of health and safety in a warehouse. As well as more than 3 years in a management or similar position in the health and safety field.
This person will be responsible for the entire site and teams
