Job descriptionÉlaborer, maintenir et mettre en œuvre un programme de prévention ainsi que les protocoles de santé et sécurité associés. Agir à titre de représentant(e) en santé et sécurité : Effectuer des inspections du milieu de travail. Veiller à ce que tout le personnel et les visiteurs respectent les protocoles en santé et sécurité. Concevoir et animer des séances de formation en santé et sécurité. Tenir à jour les dossiers et registres en santé et sécurité. Rédiger et enquêter sur les rapports d’accident / incident. Coordonner les communications avec la CNESST. Identifier et évaluer les situations dangereuses, mettre en place des mesures correctives et appliquer des stratégies de contrôle. Coordonner les activités du comité de santé et sécurité. Assurer la conformité avec la législation en matière de santé et sécurité. Diplôme collégial en environnement, santé et sécurité ou équivalent. Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en santé et sécurité dans un environnement à haut risque. Excellentes aptitudes en communication avec la capacité d’influencer, d’informer et de mobiliser les parties prenantes. Bonne connaissance de la législation applicable en matière de santé et sécurité. Capacité à demeurer calme et efficace en situation d’urgence. Autonomie démontrée et aptitude à travailler en équipe. Capacité à développer stratégiquement le personnel en santé et sécurité selon l’évolution des besoins opérationnels. Attitude positive face aux défis et aux conditions difficiles. Souci d’amélioration continue. Admissibilité à l’évaluation de sécurité du Programme des marchandises contrôlées du Canada. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Diplôme ou certificat de premier cycle en santé et sécurité au travail ou équivalent. Certifications pertinentes en santé et sécurité (p. ex., PSAC®, TSAC®). Anglais (Obligatoire) Français (Obligatoire) Full‑time permanent position On Site (office and test site) Develop, maintain, and implement a Prevention Program and supporting safety protocols. Be the Safety Representative : Conduct work environment safety inspections. Ensure all personnel and visitors adhere to safety protocols. Develop and deliver safety training sessions. Maintain safety records and risk register. File and investigate on accident / incident reports. Coordinate communications with CNESST. Identify and assess hazardous situations, implement corrections, and control mitigation strategies. Coordinate the health and safety committee activities. Maintain compliance with health and safety legislation. College degree in Environment, Health and Safety or equivalent. 3+ years of safety experience in a high‑risk environment. Effective communicator with the ability to influence, inform, and engage stakeholders. Familiarity with applicable health and safety legislation. Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations. Demonstrated competence in self‑directed work and team collaboration. Ability to strategically develop safety personnel as operational needs evolve. Positive attitude in the face of challenges and adverse conditions. Strive on continuous improvement. Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods Program security assessment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Undergraduate degree / certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. Relevant safety certifications (e.g., CRSP®, CRST®). Experience working within the aerospace industry. Prior experience as a Safety Coordinator / Technician / Representative or equivalent. Passion for space flight and space exploration. English (Required) French (Required)
