Site Supervisor
120K plus package
Full-Time, Permanent | Waterloo-Kitchener, Ontario
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations for a range of residential projects, including single-detached homes, townhomes, and multi-residential buildings. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to strict health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete construction process, from initial groundwork to final inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site environment.
- Coordinate and supervise sub-trades to ensure continuous progress and high-quality work.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues efficiently while upholding project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
- Strictly enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance at all times.
