Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Forestry, Business, Engineering or another relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of management experience and proven ability to influence others
• Strong safety leadership and business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment, present to senior leaders, negotiate and problem-solve
• Self-starter focused on results and driving performance / objectives
• Agile and able to lead change in a fast-paced environment
