Triware Technologies is looking for a Strategic Advisor to play a key role in driving the success of IT projects. As a member of our Advisory group, the strategic advisor understands the importance of focusing on more than the technology as a means for operations. With a goal-oriented and people-focused approach, it is important to take time to understand clients, their business, and their goals with the aim to create value through the strategic use of technology. Triware's approach to supporting clients helps create efficiencies, improve productivity, and drive real results.
Responsibilities :
- Work directly with clients to understand organizational and business goals and advise on potential solutions to assist in their success through process, strategy, and systems improvements.
- Collaborate with clients, and / or third-party partners, to provide guidance during technology implementations, often including consultation, configuration, testing, project and change management.
- Support client's cybersecurity needs through the completion of a risk assessment and vulnerability analysis to provide best practice recommendations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of current trends and opportunities to support client recommendations through market analysis and research.
- Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews to identify business requirements and inform strategic advice.
- Support the sales team to ensure client needs are being fully addressed by identifying opportunities and providing solutions to support their business goals.
- Build and maintain client relationships throughout the lifecycle of a project, from initial meeting to the implementation stage, to help ensure the best outcomes to drive client success.
- Prepare deliverables, including final reports, presentations, and detailed action plans, as defined by the client engagement.
