Looking for an individual to manage aspects our home on a part-time, weekly basis.
We live in a new, two-storey home with finished basement. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 full / 2 half). We have two children, two small dogs and a pool. We live in NW London - Fanshawe & Hyde Park area.
Regular, week-to-week duties to include house cleaning and laundry, with additional occasional responsibilities to include :
- deep cleaning;
- organization of specific spaces / rooms;
- additional paid work (light meal prep and / or errands)
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can anticipate our home's needs and successfully manage their time / schedule accordingly. While regular weekly tasks are to include cleaning and laundry, we would like to be able to keep a running list of occasional tasks and / or bigger household projects (pantry organization, fridge clean-out) that can be completed when time allows. Furthermore, this person will be able to come up with and successfully rotate through a deep cleaning / organizational schedule.
We are flexible in terms of scheduling, however we would like consistency, once a schedule has been determined. While we only require approximately 8-12 regular hours / week, this could be increased in the future, especially in light changing schedules, seasons, holidays, etc. And if there is a specific ad hoc project / task that requires more time, we would be more than happy to consider (ie. decluttering a specific room). Ideally we will work with this person for years to come, establishing a professional working relationship built on a solid routine and trust.
