You as a ‘Development Coordinator’ will :

• Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and editing a variety of documents, including but not limited to confidential correspondence, contracts, proposals, invoices, and coding expense reports.
• Support the team professionally by managing schedules, coordinating responses, delivering messages, and collaborating with other internal business units as needed.
• Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, arrange travel details, and prepare itineraries for the team.
• Assist with meeting and event preparation, including organizing locations, attendance, advance documentation, invitations, catering, locations, and distributing event materials such as guest lists, handouts, or gifts.
• Plan and execute both internal and external events efficiently.
• Conduct high-level research on national industry and housing topics to support the team in exploring opportunities in community-building projects.
• Prepare and circulate meeting documentation, client presentations, and internal memos.
• Provide reception coverage and handle ordering of office supplies and promotional materials as needed.
