Title : Clinical Specialist (interventional radiology and cath lab)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Clinical Specialist is responsible for the clinical support with clients based in hospitals in Ontario. You will work closely with the sales representative and work with a variety of healthcare professionals throughout the region.
Essential functions
- Support new and existing customers within Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Ct Scan, Vascular Surgery and Critical Care Devices.
- Maintain and grow relationships with healthcare professionals by creating a supportive environment within the hospitals.
- Work with other sales and marketing employees to enhance technical visibility and company image within all accounts.
- Build and maintain professional business relationships with physicians, nurses, and technicians.
- Provide in-servicing and clinical information to end users in and around the procedure rooms and surgical suites.
- Communicate with the sales representative regarding potential sales opportunities with your customers.
- Provide reports to management on activities and projects accurately and on time.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of competitive products and services.
- Must be able to communicate and understand English both spoken and written.
- 25% travel required, overnight as necessary
