As a Personal Insurance Associate ,youwill help protectindividualsmost valuable assets.In this role, youwillprovideoutstanding clientservice through your positive, friendly mannerwhile educating clientsinyour excellent product knowledge inhabitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

A day in the life–

Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs to help develop the best coverage needed in all things Personal Insurance(habitational, travel, automobile)

Follow-up regularly on sales leadsand referral prospects

Processand conductrenewalsand ensure policies are processed and issued accuratelyin a timely manner

Achievesales and retention goalsand targets

Maintaininga high levelof knowledge inallour Personal Lines and Auto productsthrough continuous education and learning opportunities

What youwillbringto the team–

Minimum1-yearPersonal Insurance experience

Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but notrequired

Desire and proactive ability to deliverexceptional clientservice

Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced team environment

Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency

Strong communicationskillsin both written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives

Industry designationwould be consideredanasset(CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma)

Salary Expectations –

The expectedsalary rangefor this position is$50,000 to $55,000and will beimpactedby factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
