Job descriptionDéveloppement du cadre FRC : Concevoir et implémenter des cadres robustes de conformité aux rapports financiers (FRC) dans Oracle Risk Management Cloud. Évaluation des risques : Identifier, évaluer et atténuer les risques liés aux rapports financiers à l’aide des outils Oracle. Mise en place des contrôles : Déployer et surveiller les contrôles internes pour garantir la conformité aux normes financières. Support aux audits : Fournir un soutien aux audits internes et externes en s’assurant de la documentation et des contrôles requis. Collaboration inter-équipes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements Finance, IT et autres parties prenantes. Amélioration continue : Analyser et optimiser régulièrement les processus FRC pour s’adapter aux évolutions réglementaires et aux besoins de l’entreprise. Formation et sensibilisation : Développer et dispenser des formations pour renforcer la compréhension et l’adhésion aux pratiques FRC au sein de l’organisation. Tu as un minimum de 6 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, avec une expertise en analyse fonctionnelle. Certification Oracle Risk Management Cloud (atout majeur). Expérience avérée en conformité des rapports financiers (FRC) dans un environnement Oracle. Maîtrise d’Oracle Risk Management Cloud et d’Oracle ERP Cloud. Solide compréhension des processus et contrôles de conformité financière. Expérience en évaluation des risques et analyse des données dans Oracle Risk Management Cloud. Capacité démontrée à déployer des solutions FRC dans Oracle Risk Management Cloud. Expérience en environnement ERP ( Oracle, SAP, Workday un atout). Expérience en grande entreprise . Créativité, initiative et motivation pour résoudre des problèmes complexes. Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à s’adapter aux évolutions des besoins et priorités. Bon sens de l’organisation et excellent jugement.
