Remote | Ontario, Canada (Outside the GTA)

Compensation: $105,000–$160,000+ CAD Total Potential

Our client is seeking a strategic sales operator and team builder who thrives on coaching, problem-solving, and helping business owners transform sales performance into sustainable growth.

What You'll Own

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, sales leaders, and management teams, helping them identify performance gaps and implement practical solutions that drive measurable results.

Your impact will include:

  • Improving sales performance through stronger processes, accountability systems, and operational discipline.
  • Evaluating sales calls, proposals, estimates, customer interactions, and conversion activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Designing scorecards, KPIs, forecasting systems, and reporting frameworks that provide leaders with greater visibility and control.
  • Helping organizations improve booking rates, close rates, average ticket values, lead response times, follow-up consistency, and pipeline management.
  • Building repeatable sales playbooks, frameworks, and best practices that increase consistency across teams.
  • Coaching sales managers and representatives to become stronger leaders, communicators, and performers.
  • Leading workshops, training sessions, and sales reviews that accelerate skill development and execution.
  • Collaborating with business owners, operations leaders, and finance teams to align revenue strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of consulting methodologies, training tools, and future service offerings.
