We are looking to fill the position of a part-time Cirque Line Chef at Fernie Alpine Resort. Our guests come back because of the amazing food you can produce at a professional and passionate level. Your execution of our delicious meals will contribute to the amazing dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual willing to learn new skills, have a positive attitude, be teamwork-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You Will:
· Prepare, cook, and plate food to established standards for quality and presentation.
· Follow the kitchen’s systems & principles
· Promote a safe, sanitized work environment, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and food storage management
· Ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
· Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
· Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
