What is the opportunity?
This is a national office role providing support and consultation to senior estate and trust managers and their teams to develop and enhance skills, knowledge and effectiveness around the administration of estate, POA and trust files, behaviors, and outcomes. This role is a key support to the National Head, Sales-Client Experience and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) in maximizing performance across key business performance measures (market contribution, client experience, employee engagement, risk management) and responsible for developing and executing national strategies that ensures RBC Royal Trust (RT) maintains a growth trajectory without compromising rigor, discipline and thoughtful fiduciary considerations in the estate and trust book for the regions. This role works closely with the Director of Risk and Regulatory initiatives, RT Professional Practice Group (PPG) as well as RT’s Client Experience and Professional Development teams. There are three regional accountabilities (Toronto- London- Hamilton).
What will you do?
- Drive to unlock growth and develop a compliant book of accounts for the region under your accountability. ( London Hamilton and Toronto )
- Engage with Senior Leaders to impact and influence risk management strategies and advise Regional Vice Presidents on decisions such as business acceptance for new client acquisitions and pricing.
- Maintain effective and timely routines with regards to Operational Risk, Risk Management and Compliance including but not limited to the following;
review, understand and action risk and operational issues in a timely manner,
