The Opportunity :
We're seeking a motivated Personal Lines Retention Specialist. A sales-and service-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Broker, ready to thrive in a vibrant and supportive setting. This role is ideal for those eager to move beyond traditional brokerage frameworks and contribute to a team that's redefining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review client renewals to ensure we have provided the most comprehensive and competitive offer
- Drive sales through cross-selling existing clients & referrals
- Foster and maintain client relationships, providing counsel on coverage and policy details
- Deeply understand various insurance providers’ underwriting rules, product features & benefits
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver unmatched customer service
- Work with the Service and Sales teams to develop workflows and procedures that enhance customer experience and improve retention
- Upsell appropriate coverages and products based on clients’ needs
- Problem–solve client issues
