Job descriptionTrain, support and coach retail team members in the proactive sales of our retail merchandise Ensure a memorable and positive experience for our guests and staff through implementing and delivering the standard operating policies and procedures as they relate to our hospitality, retail operations, safety and employee engagement standards and practices Ensure stores are adequately stocked for the day and merchandise displays are maintained and organized throughout the operating day Providing leadership and accountability to team members as to meeting expectations of their role Assist with scheduling and managing daily staffing resources to expected business volumes Work closely with the merchandise inventory team as to product count accuracy and safeguards Responsible for daily cash handling practices and safeguards, including proper use of POS stations, cash floats, change orders and cash outs Keeping the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized Directly support retail agents in any service recovery issues that may arise reporting larger issues to management Some previous leadership and cash handling experience required Experience working in retail and use of point-of-sale systems A passion for coaching and developing employees with a proven track record of "safety 1 st practices A strong hospitality-focused approach with a natural ability to proactively listen to and understand guest needs Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated team player with a high attention to detail Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks needing attention Adaptable to a changing work environment and different tasks Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, ability to use this to engage with guests and team members A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Competent administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
