Now, as Mondetta prepares to enter the world of physical retail, they are seeking a Head of Retail Operations to embody their brand ethos and raise the bar for in-store experiences.

As the Head of Retail Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind Mondetta’s premier brick-and-mortar location : a Modern Ambition flagship store in Winnipeg. You’ll lead this high-impact pilot, crafting an in-store experience that’s as refined, thoughtful, and forward-thinking as the clothing itself.

But this isn’t just about one store. Alongside the launch, you’ll design and build scalable operational framework to drive future retail growth across all four of Mondetta’s distinct brand portfolios : Mondetta , Modern Ambition , Mondetta Originals , and MPG .

Reporting directly to the Corporate Leadership Team, you’ll translate visionary ideals into day-to-day excellence -from operational cadence and visual storytelling to P&L ownership and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the Experience : Launch and oversee the Modern Ambition flagship, setting the standard for store layout, visual storytelling, and in-store activations that surprise and delight.
• Operational Excellence : Craft and champion best-in-class retail processes - optimizing flows, managing crises with poise, and driving cost-efficient performance.
• Sales & Inventory Management : Leverage data-driven forecasting and promotional strategies to hit ambitious targets; maintain inventory precision and curate loyalty incentives that keep customers coming back.
• Customer Experience and Brand Management : Serve as Mondetta’s brand ambassador and cultivate a high-touch, purpose-driven customer journey that infuses every aspect of store ambiance and experiential retail with their commitment to quality, style, and sustainability.
• Reporting and Strategic Oversight : Own the store P&L, manage budgets and ROI; liaise between the store(s) and corporate to deliver actionable insights and consumer feedback.
• Team Management and Development : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing in-store team to foster accountability, creativity, and professional growth.
