Are you a driven and experienced Property Manager looking for a dynamic role managing a retail and commercial portfolio ? We're partnering with a leading real estate company in North York, and they are seeking a talented Property Manager to join their expanding team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial properties across the GTA. You’ll be responsible for managing tenant relations, handling lease renewals and negotiations, and ensuring compliance with property regulations and maintenance standards. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with the VP of Commercial and the broader team to drive the continued growth and success of the portfolio.
