Job descriptionAt least 5-10 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications. Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas : Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising : Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain). Profound understanding of Retail business processes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and French (this is a requirement since in this role you will be dealing with customers, partners, and / or our international subsidiaries requiring communication in English on a recurring basis both verbally and in writing). Dynamic. Flexible. Resourceful. Ability to work in a focused environment and interact effectively with others. Results-based attitude.

Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Retail.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Design, customize, configure, and test the SAP Retail modules.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting : investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
