Job Summary
The Restaurant Operations Manager is a crucial leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of JC's Hot Bagels. This position ensures smooth, efficient service, maintains high standards of quality, and fosters a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Operational Management :
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Manage equipment maintenance and repairs.
Team Leadership :
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service :
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
Financial Management :
Monitor sales and expenses, identifying areas for cost control and revenue growth.
Compliance :
Ensure compliance with all local, provincial and national food safety laws and regulations.
