We’re growing! And looking to welcome a detailed-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Resident Manager in Chatham ON ! This Full Time , Live-in position is great for someone looking to grow their career in property management! What you’ll be doing : Supporting the daily operations of our residential properties by assisting with cleaning and light maintenance. Providing exceptional customer service to our tenants by responding to inquiries, showing units to prospective tenants, and supporting office management. Contributing to operational excellence through tasks being completed within Skyline standards, and in line with all applicable provincial legislation including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Residential Tenancies Act, and the Human Rights Code. What we look for : Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Exceptional cleaning skills. General understanding of plumbing, electrical and carpentry an asset. Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs. Three (3) years related work experience. PC skills are an asset (Word, Excel, e-mail / web). Previous experience in sales and / or customer service is considered an asset.
