We are seeking an experienced Energy Technician II to support energy efficiency programs and promote sustainable practices across Manitoba. This role involves assisting property managers and business owners, installing energy-efficient devices, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're passionate about sustainability and thrive in a hands-on role, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide property managers and business owners through the energy efficiency program application process.
  • Act as an on-site representative, overcoming challenges and encouraging program participation.
  • Install water and energy-saving devices (training provided).
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and documentation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all stages of the program.
  • Contribute to team goals and support recycling and sustainability efforts.

Performance Metrics

  • Clear and efficient communication with clients.
  • Accurate and timely installations of devices.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction based on post-installation feedback.
  • Requirements

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address on-site challenges.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Commitment to providing superior customer service.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Fluency in English.
