The Opportunity :
The role of Wellness Manager Director of Care (Registered Nurse) will be serving the community of POINTS WEST LIVING HERITAGE HOUSE in VEGREVILLE, ALBERTA ..The Wellness Manager is the advocate for the residents and their families.
We are seeking candidates interested in :

- Using the available resources, the Wellness Manager is responsible for delegating, coordinating, and evaluating the delivery of care based on the Resident Care Plan & Service Plan (if applicable)
- Ensure an interdisciplinary effort to achieve the successful integration of quality of life and quality of care
- Responsible for performance reviews
- Ensure that care delivered recognizes each Resident as an individual so that personal needs are met beyond traditional nursing practices
- Education & orientation for all Employee Care Partners
- Teach delegated services to care partners as per accepted practice standards
- Liaison with Care Team (i.e., Resident, Family- if applicable, Home Care Nurse, Doctor, Pharmacy, Care Partners, and other health care professionals) as required
