A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Relationship Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Specifically focused on all billing items. As a relationship Manager, you will need to manage all billing concerns, collect payments, drive to the bank to make deposits,
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Assist with thank you cards.
- Assist with various seasonal promotions.
- Take minutes at meetings.
- Some small tasks assigned by Eric Gruscyk. (Personal assistant type tasks as they come up).
