JOB STATEMENT :
Reporting to the Director, Partnerships and Transition, and working in a fast- paced environment, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for prospecting, transition management and relationship management with existing branches. This highly motivated and energetic candidate must build solid relationships and maximize customer loyalty in both MFDA and IIROC environments. The candidate will take personal responsibility for identifying client needs and providing service excellence while continuously looking for ways to improve relationships and advisor satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Providing administrative support to the Vice Presidents, Partnerships and Business Development and Director, Partnerships and Transitions (Western and Eastern Canada) as needed;
- Assisting in the preparation of corporate reports, modifying PowerPoint presentations and coordinating the distribution of reports;
- Populating and managing a CRM database with relationship management information for both Worldsource advisors and potential recruits;
- Scheduling and confirming branch presentations when necessary and booking meetings as appropriate;
- Managing email distribution lists, and organizing and executing e-marketing / social media campaigns;
- Performing ad hoc reporting, as required, from sources such as the Dashboard and other internal reporting systems;
- Processing and tracking expenses;
- Managing all aspects of CE credit process from submission to delivery;
- Filling any requests for marketing / reward / sponsorship material and coordinating on-site events as needed;
- Preparing and managing internal recruiting documents and participating in the recruitment process by attending meetings, conducting presentations and systems demonstrations, and pursuing follow up;
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all assigned transitions;
- Developing business proposals, promissory notes and amortization schedules for transitioning advisors;
- Arranging to provide onboarding advisors / branches with preliminary and ongoing operational training;
- Working closely with Training, Operations, Compliance, IT, Accounting and Registrations Teams to coordinate and plan for orderly transitions and to ensure that advisors have a positive transition experience;
- Meeting with and / or speaking to all advisors in transition to Worldsource in order to develop and manage a recruitment plan and timeline;
- Providing proactive outbound communication with advisors and assistants;
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with advisors through email, conference calls and scheduled office visits;
- Acting as a point of escalation for non-administrative related issues and taking full ownership of the resolution, acting as a champion of the solution;
- Responding to inquiries from advisors and assisting with other duties as assigned; and
- Identifying and bringing forth suggestions for efficiencies within the department and organization.
